With over 15 years of experience as a professional potter, Peter teaches at local studios throughout Bergen County while also creating and selling his own work. In this workshop, he’ll guide you through techniques to refine your centering and throwing skills, helping you take your pottery to the next level by crafting larger vessels with confidence.

Whether you’re looking to push your limits on the wheel or just want to fine-tune your technique, this is the perfect opportunity to learn from a seasoned pro.

The 2-hour workshop will cover:

  • Centering techniques for 6-8 lbs of clay

  • Things to consider while throwing larger amounts of clay

  • Pointers on how to trim your vessels when they reach the leather-hard stage

  • Clay is included in the class, firing is not
